This simple dish makes for an easy prep dinner that feels high end. I like to complete the meal with some Cheesy-Broccoli rice and a side salad. It's a dish everyone loves, even my picky toddler!

Salmon Dish
Bake Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
1 medium to large salmon filet
1 lemon
2 tbs butter
+ Any desired seasoning
Baking Tools and Utensils
Cooking sheet
Aluminum foil
Knife
Directions
Preheat oven to 400˚
Place salmon filet on aluminum foil large enough to wrap around entire filet. Place foil and salmon on cooking sheet.
Season salmon as desired.
Cut up lemon slices and place them on top of salmon filet.
Top with butter.
Wrap salmon filet and toppings with foil.
Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Notes: Salmon filets on their own usually take 10-15 minutes to cook thoroughly. With additional toppings, like lemons, it takes approximately 10 minutes longer.
